Private Equity Internship - French team - 6 months (Jan - June 2026)

You will be expected to work autonomously and demonstrate a fast-learning attitude. You will engage in a wide variety of tasks including:

• Assisting the investment team with the analysis of potential investments: strategic analysis on markets, companies and competitors (using Capital IQ, Expert Networks, MergerMarket, AlphaSense, and other tools)

• Contributing to all stages of the investment process, including drafting memos, building financial and valuation models, and supporting due diligence

• Supporting the team in the monitoring and value creation initiatives for our current portfolio companies

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier business school or engineering school

• Minimum of one meaningful previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or Strategy Consulting

• Native French speaker with excellent command of English

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership on your projects
