Description

• Lead project activities across all phases

• Serve as the main interface with European partners, coordinating schedules, deliverables and milestones

• Ensure consistency across technical domains, particularly regarding:

  1. Environmental constraints (radiation, vibration, thermal)

  2. Integration and test activities

  3. Overall mission performance

• Prepare and lead key system reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, QR, AR)

• Drive risk management and ensure adherence to budget and timeline

RF/SDR Payload Development & Integration

You will also supervise the internal development and integration of advanced radio-frequency payloads:

• Oversee technical progress of RF/SDR payload development

• Ensure seamless interface with platform and system teams

• Solid understanding of environmental constraints, AIV/AIT processes and space systems engineering

• Proven technical expertise in RF or SDR payloads

• Experience with multi-partner or European collaborative programs is highly appreciated

Education & Skills

• Master’s degree or engineering degree in aerospace, electronics, telecommunications or related field

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage complex schedules, risks and budgets

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
