    M3 Systems Belgium has been created in 2004 from engineering activities in the Satellite Radio Navigation (GNSS – Global Navigation Satellite Systems) field and from consulting activities in ATM (Air Traffic Management) and Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) sector.

    Recognized at European level thanks to strong involvement in projects from Eurocontrol Network Manager over the last 20 years at all levels, ATFM, Airport operations, ATC etc and support to European ANSPs (DSNA).

    Missions

    As a System Architect, your mission will be to manage the design and development of electronic signal acquisition and processing systems. Your responsibilities will include defining system requirements, identifying key elements and managing the verification and validation (V&V) process. You will work closely with customers, development teams and internal partners to ensure compliance with requirements and ensure the quality and performance of systems.

    Job Description :

    • Definition of system requirements: Collaborate with customers and development teams to establish technical specifications.

    • Identification of key elements and procurement: Identify electronic equipment needs and select the corresponding references.

    • Design and development: Lead the design of systems while respecting the V-cycle.

    • Monitoring the V&V process: Organize and supervise verification and validation activities.

    • Quality and traceability management: Ensure exhaustive documentation and traceability of development stages.

    • Interdisciplinary coordination: Work collaboratively with other engineering teams to ensure systems integration and performance.

    • Technology monitoring: Maintain up-to-date technical expertise by following technological developments.

    • Communication and reporting: Regularly present the progress of the project to management and the authorities supervising the project.

    Profil

    We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

    • Technical expertise in electronics and embedded systems: In-depth knowledge of electronics principles and embedded systems design, with particular expertise in FPGA and VHDL technologies.

    • Experience in electronic signal acquisition and processing technologies: Hands-on experience with SDR cards and other data acquisition systems.

    • Mastery of the V-cycle: Minimum 5 years of experience in the application of the V-cycle for the development of complex systems, including the management of anomalies and the traceability of requirements.

    • Project management and technical leadership: Ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects and communicate effectively.

    • Problem analysis and resolution: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.

    • Language skills: Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
