Due to our steady growth we are now expanding our passionate & motivated CarCutter team to Bengaluru! 

We are looking for a tech-savvy, self-confident team player with experience in API-calls, in order to make sure our new clients can use as fast as possible the product they just purchased.

Missions

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end provisioning process for new customers, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.

  • Collaborating with sales and CSM teams to understand customer requirements and tailor provisioning processes accordingly.

  • Handling communication with third-party companies to ensure our product is well integrated into our customers' environments

  • Handling escalations related to provisioning issues and working towards prompt resolution.

  • Coordinating with technical teams to manage technical aspects of product deployment and integration.

  • Staying up-to-date with automotive industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the provisioning process.

Profil

Hard-Skills: 

  • Completed technical education and solid IT experience.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of product-specific technologies and systems relevant to provisioning. 

  • Software Tools: Proficiency in using provisioning software, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), Data analysis (e.g, Excel, SQL, Looker), API Platforms (e.g, Curl, Postman)

  • Technical Integrations: Experience with integrating software products into diverse customer environments, including knowledge of APIs/Webhooks, Cloud services, and files delivery.

Soft-Skills: 

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking 

  • Ability to empathize with customers and identify needs                  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with skills in planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed process documentation and training materials.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve provisioning issues.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work European market hours to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and teams across a different time zone.
