    Missions

    Meero is searching for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their marketing team based in Paris. Supporting across all three of Meero’s product offerings - CarCutter, ProperShot and AutoRetouch - this role will play a key role in amplifying brand awareness and generating inbound leads via a wide variety of digital initiatives.

    With a passion for innovation and strong organisational skills, the right candidate will thrive in this fast-paced, multi-faceted position, where interpersonal communication and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects is key.

    This is a great role for a broad marketer looking for exposure to a wide variety of marketing initiatives and who desires a variety in their day.

    Responsibilities:

    • Content dissemination: find new & clever ways to amplify marketing content (such as articles, campaigns, events) across a variety of digital channels

    • Event management: be the primary point of contact for all event planning & coordination efforts, including booth setup, registering staff, booking hotels, promotional communications (invites, emails, social posting) and clear internal briefings (with the sales team who are attending the event)

    • Emailing: plan & produce a comprehensive cadence of email campaigns - including newsletters, webinar & event invitations, new content dissemination, seasonal promotions and company updates - following best practices for optimum delivery, open and click rates

    • Website: own the process of publishing all content & field marketing updates to the website/s including writing copy descriptions, producing supporting imagery, following good SEO practices and applying smart interlinking 

    • Webinars & podcasts: coordinate a seamless webinar & podcast production process, including smart delivery timelines, guest attendee communications (landing pages, invites, reminders, follow ups), location scouting & bookings, speaker management, sales team amplification, internal comms and social posting

    • Social media: ownership of company social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) including managing editorial calendars, building community engagement, and growing share of voice

    • Merch: research innovative suppliers & products that fit the brand ethos then order, stocktake and coordinate distribution of all company merch

    • Team support: be willing to step in to offer other marketing team members support

    • Internal advocacy: actively share & promote marketing initiatives across our internal channels, encouraging employee involvements and community amplification of content and campaigns

    Profil

    Profile:

    • 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role (including alternance experience)

    • First-hand experience using Hubspot or similar CRM

    • Strong organisational and time management skills

    • Ability to problem solve and find solutions independently

    • A self-starter who thinks outside the box

    • A strong team player who can communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders

    • Design expertise is a big plus

    • French and english speaking & writing skills (required)
