Position Overview

Location: Paris (France) 

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Generative AI Specialist to join our Fashion team at Meero, focusing on our AutoRetouch product line. As part of a 10-person startup-like team within Meero, you will be an integral part of building and fine-tuning our Fashion Foundation Model from the ground up, contributing your expertise in training models, optimizing performance, and translating the demanding standards of the fashion industry such as model qualities, clothing, lighting, and style into our AI product. Requirements

• Expertise in Machine Learning and AI: Experience in training and fine-tuning deep learning models, particularly in generative AI, computer vision, or related fields.

• Hands-On Experience with Diffusion Models: Previous experience with training diffusion models or similar generative frameworks.

• Knowledge of Computer Vision Techniques: Proficiency in advanced image processing techniques, including segmentation and enhancement.

• Experience with Large Datasets: Ability to work with large-scale image datasets, including data augmentation, preprocessing, and management.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, numpy).

• Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Eagerness to tackle complex challenges and contribute innovative ideas to the development of our AI ecosystem.

• Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in applying AI to revolutionize fashion imagery and drive creative solutions.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), containerization (Docker), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and Agile methodologies.

• Both English and French communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Is a plus: contribution to open source projects in the GenAI field.

Hiring process: 

• A first call with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team

• A second Interview (1h) consisting of two parts: First to evaluate python / AI fundamentals (30 min), followed by a live coding session to assess essential python capabilities (30 min).

• On-site Evaluation (1h) consisting of evaluating understanding of genAI algorithms and doing a case-study related to fashion.

• Final Interview, On-site meeting (Paris Office) with the CTO to discuss your fit within the team and company culture.
