Role: Sales Advisor

Location: Westfield White City, London

Hours: 2-3 days a week

Missions

About the Sales Advisor role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our launch team in our first London boutique in Westfield White City.

You will be a true brand ambassador. You’ll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Deliver exceptional service and drive sales

·         Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice

·         Share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new products

·         Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme

Support store excellence

·         Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness

·         Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand

Be a team player

·         Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success

·         Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention

·         Ensure the stores general cleanliness is always upheld

Profil

What We’re Looking For

·         A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best

·         Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets

·         Experience in beauty or skincare

·         Excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations

·         A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

·         Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

·         Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods
