Commis de Cuisine (W/M) - [BRAUNBÄR HOTEL WENGEN - SUISSE]

    Description

    We are looking for a Commis de Cuisine who will help us to offer a high standard cuisine to our guests.

    We cultivate a friendly and familiar atmosphere in the team and also with our guests. We want our guests to feel ‘at home’ with us.

    Mission

    Your tasks:

    • Preparing the daily mise en place

    • Assist the kitchen team on different postes where needed

    • Assist with washing dishes

    • Responsibility for cleanliness in accordance with the company hygiene concept in the entire kitchen area

    • Actively participate in the implementation of the CSR policy

    Profil

    Your profile

    • Good command of English (German is not a must!)

    • Team-oriented work

    • Eager to learn new things

    • Resiliant, motivated and flexible
