    Missions

    • Prepare and present dishes in your assigned section with consistency and quality.

    • Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal specials.

    • Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP) are maintained.

    • Coordinate with colleagues to guarantee smooth kitchen operations.

    • Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and apprentices.

    • Monitor stock levels and report needs to the Sous-Chef.

    • Actively participate in the implementation of the CSR policy

    Profil

    • Completed culinary training and professional kitchen experience.

    • Fluent in English

    • Solid knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food presentation.

    • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in your section.

    • Strong sense of quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

    • Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude.
