    Mission

    The main tasks for this position are to ensure that the establishment is supplied with the best value for money and to manage the hotel's inventory while controlling costs.   

     

    The following tasks await you:

    • Communicate product and supplier information to the Group Purchasing department in Chamonix / France.

    • Supervise the receipt, inspection and storage of products (quality, quantity, condition, compliance with HACCP rules)

    • Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements and alert department heads where necessary

    • Ensure that orders comply with the established price lists

    • Inform suppliers and department heads of any discrepancies (delivery, pricing, product) observed

    • Search for innovative products suited to the establishment

    • Welcoming sales representatives and managing supplier relations to develop partnerships

    • Produce monthly management reports

    • Actively participate in the implementation of the CSR policy

    Profil

    Your profile:

    • Very good computer skills: Excel, stock control software

    • Cost calculation and statistical analysis

    • Fluency in German and English

    • Ability to collect, process and pass on information orally and in writing
      Time management, organisation, independence, discretion and teamwork
