    Mission

    We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented procurement agent to join our hotel group and oversee purchasing operations in our 11 hotels in France, Spain and Switzerland.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the profitability, quality and timely execution of all purchasing activities, particularly in the context of renovation and product improvement projects.

    Main responsibilities

    1/ Management of suppliers and contracts

    Particularly on concerning purchases of food, beverages, OSNE, equipment leasing, insurance, laundry, uniforms, cleaning, leisure activities for guests...: 

    • Conducting research on suppliers and maintaining a supplier database.

    • Obtaining and analysing quotes, ensuring that purchasing decisions are cost-effective and of high quality.

    • Negotiating contracts, obtaining the best terms in terms of price, quality and level of service.

    • Ensuring the proper execution of supply contracts, monitoring compliance and adherence to delivery deadlines.

    2/ Procurement execution

    • Participate in all projects to renovate, modernise and improve hotel facilities and services.

    • Supervise the purchasing process and contribute to the implementation of the project, including installation planning, budget control and payment monitoring.

    • Monitor and manage purchase requests from hotel managers and various departments.

    3/ Budget and financial supervision

    ·                    Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and maintain OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) budgets.

    ·                    Monitor and control  OS&E expenses, generating monthly reports on procurement expenses.

    • Supervise the entire procurement process, from ordering to invoicing, including verification of delivery notes and invoices.

    • Define order conditions, delivery times for hotels and payment terms.

    Collaboration and reporting

    • Maintain regular communication with hotel managers to meet their purchasing needs, particularly for the reopening of establishments.

    • Ensure close coordination with the accounting department to guarantee the accuracy of financial records and payment follow-ups.

    • Provide reports and updates on purchases to the CFO.

    Profil

    Qualifications and skills

    • Bachelor's degree in commerce, procurement, supply chain management or a related field.

    • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in purchasing in the hospitality sector.

    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams in different countries.

    • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.

    • Fluency in English and French.
