[INDIA] Executive / Senior Executive - Order Processing & Letter of Credit | M/F/D

    BioLogic, a global high-tech company based in Grenoble, France, develops, manufactures and distributes high-precision analytical measuring instruments in the fields of basic electrochemistry, energy storage and conversion (batteries/fuel cells/supercaps), photovoltaics, corrosion, sensors, electrical material testing and rapid kinetics to customers in research and industrial laboratories. The company is experiencing steady and strong international growth and generates more than 90% of its turnover from its export activities.  Due to continued growth, we, the India subsidiary BioLogic, are looking for a Service & Sales Suport Engineer (m/f/d).

    Mission

    In your position in Order Processing, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include managing order processing, overseeing international logistics and customer payments, maintaining inventory efficiently and keeping stock details updated. You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

    Your Duties Include:

    ·        Handle end-to-end order processing, including order entry, documentation, and fulfilment.

    ·        In-depth understanding of INCO Terms 2020 and their implications on international trade transactions.

    ·        Check LC fields as per MT 700 format in draft and final Letter of Credit and advise modifications / amendments.

    ·        Negotiation with customer’s purchase team regarding LC terms and conditions, incoterms, PO modifications.

    ·        Coordinate international logistics activities, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation.

    ·        Update all order related sheets and records accurately and in a timely manner.

    ·        Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory management strategies.

    ·        Oversee stock management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.

    ·        Track orders and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

    ·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.

    ·        Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency and effectiveness.

    Profil

    Requirements:

    ·         Experience: 3+ years in Order Processing, Trade Finance or International logistics

    ·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

    ·         Language: Fluency in English

    ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily MS Excel.

     

    Preferred:

    ·         Proven experience in order processing, preferably in an international trade environment.

    ·         Experience in Trade Finance and Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) will be a strong positive.

    ·         Familiarity with INCO Terms 2020 and their application in international trade contracts.

    ·         Strong understanding of international logistics practices and regulations.

    ·         Experience in the field of analytical instruments or Electronics and related industry.
