    Our story:

    Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon today has 80 employees and €20 million in revenue. In 2022, the company was acquired by Publicis with the aim of deploying Bizon in its subsidiaries to make it a global leader. In less than 24 months, Bizon became the fastest-growing Publicis France agency and opened its first offices in London and Milan.

    Mission

    Client Onboarding & Sales Operations

    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration.

    • Facilitate contract processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

    • Support client account setup, including profile creation and service sheet management.

    • Assist in structuring and optimizing the sales process to improve efficiency.

    Project Management & Internal Coordination

    • Act as the key communication link between internal teams and clients to gather needs and feedback, both via email and in-person.

    • Coordinate meetings, agenda planning, and sales team schedules.

    • Organize travel logistics for the international division, including trade fairs and business trips.

    Consulting & Market Analysis

    • Contribute to brand and market analysis for RFPs and strategic decision-making.

    • Use tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, and Merchant Words to conduct competitive and keyword analysis.

    • Assist in formulating recommendations for sales strategy improvements.

    Administrative & Financial Support

    • Assist in administrative and accounting tasks, including financial tracking and reporting.

    • Support financial needs such as monitoring key sales figures and processing business-related expenses.

    Profil

    • English level: C1;

    • You know how formulas on Excel works and know how to use them

    • You know how to make a clear and concise PPT/ Google Slides presentation

    • You have a proven ability for active listening: you know how to seek out information and exploit it;

    • A communicator, you know how to drive your exchanges to convey the right messages;

    • You are rigorous and autonomous;

    • Dynamic & proactive, you are capable of evolving along with our company;

    • Bonus if you have already work on Hubspot
