    Mission

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    As an SEO Project Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the client relationship, ensuring every project is seamlessly managed from onboarding to offboarding. Passionate about being on-brand, you excel at crafting copy that not only resonates with the target audience through the right tone of voice but also drives sales and boosts visibility. Your focus is on delivering impactful content strategies that achieve measurable success. Your main duties will include:

    Client Management and Relationship Building:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Organize and lead key phases: onboarding, kick-off meetings, regular progress reviews, and project closure.

    • Define strategies tailored to client objectives and oversee their execution.

    • Build trust with clients by delivering high-quality results, clear communication, and strategic recommendations.


    SEO and Marketplace Optimization:

    • Conduct SEO audits and develop strategies to maximize product visibility on Amazon and other marketplaces.

    • Craft compelling marketing arguments for product listings, leveraging a data-driven approach.

    • Manage A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of titles and descriptions.

    • Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace landscape.

    Content Coordination and Production:

    • Delegate content creation tasks (e.g., product listings, translations, enhanced content) to copywriters and translators.

    • Master the art of briefing by providing precise and actionable instructions to copy teams, ensuring deliverables align with the client’s strategy.

    • Review and validate all content to maintain high quality standards before delivery.

    Innovation and Strategic Oversight:

    • Stay updated on marketplace algorithms, trends, and optimization tools.

    • Leverage AI tools to automate or enhance tasks such as keyword research, content creation, and data analysis.

    • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their presence on other marketplaces and propose tailored strategies.

    Reporting and Presentations:

    • Use Excel to organize catalog, deliver copy and analyze performance data (e.g., sales, traffic, rankings) and create dashboards.

    • Prepare impactful presentations on PowerPoint to deliver insights and strategic recommendations to clients.

    • Provide actionable suggestions based on performance metrics and project outcomes.

    Profil

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 2 years of experience in SEO, e-commerce, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-facing role.

    • Expertise in marketplaces, particularly Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central), with knowledge of others (e.g., Carrefour, Leclerc, Cdiscount, Zalando, MediaMarkt, Otto, ManoMano, eBay, ePrice).

    • Proficiency in SEO/marketplace tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and analytical platforms.

    • Proven track record in project management in a collaborative setting.

    • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time while meeting quality standards.

    • Familiarity with AI tools to optimize content creation and analysis.

    Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (a second language is a plus).

    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Proactive problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

    • Passion for brands and storytelling, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about product positioning.

    • Collaborative approach to working with clients, internal and external teams.
