    Mission

    This role is allocated within the European Careers Centre (ECC – Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris and Turin), to define, plan, organise and implement all the actions aimed at facilitating personal growth & career development as well as integration into the labor market (internship, apprenticeship, employment) of students of the Bachelor In Management programme.

    - In collaboration with the European co-Head of Career Development BIM based in Berlin, build the career development path of the programme at ESCP, according to the vision and strategy shared and agreed with the European director of studies of the BIM programme.

    - Ensure the execution of the career development path of the students and their effective participation in the proposed activities together with the programme management and the local career development campus teams.

    - Ensure the relevance of the actions with the feedback of the students, student representatives and the management of the programme.

    - Ensure the advice and support of the students in the definition of their professional objective and job search for their integration into the labor market at the end of their studies.

    Activities

    1. Define the student career development path for the BIM programme

    - Collect the needs and expectations of students in the search for internships and employment with the student representatives and organisations

    - Collect the needs and expectations of companies for their recruitment and internship programmes in collaboration with the company relations department

    - Design with the Career Development, European Company Relations and local corporate relations teams the actions to be offered to students: round tables & career workshops, BootCamp-type days, thematic recruitment days, workshops, career interviews, etc.

    2. Plan and organise the actions to be launched locally on the campuses

    - Ensure the programme management of local campuses deliver the activities planned, and so reserve dates and time slots for career activities

    - Plan the internal and/or external resources to be mobilized to ensure these activities together with the Campus Careers Lead Europe in charge of the careers resources

    - Ensure quality and quantity of students’ participation in career activities together with the campus teams

    - Analyze feedback from participants and companies to implement improvements if possible

    3. Develop relationships with companies, in collaboration with the Careers Engagement, Corporate Relations teams, and company relations managers

    - Promote the programme to companies and recruitment firms together and in agreement with corporate relations

    - Identify potential partnership actions and services that can be offered to companies and hand it over to corporate relations

    4. Monitor, in conjunction with the Alumni Association, student affairs and post studies affairs, the follow-up of recent graduates and their successful integration into working life

    - Accompany students in their start in the working life and in the pursuit of their studies at a post-Bachelor level

    - Mobilise new alumni to promote the programme

    5. Marketing & Communication

    - Work closely with the Communities & Communications manager(s) with regards to communication to students (event communication, event promotion before and after the events) and companies

    6. Coaching, Advising, and workshops

    - Support students with career advising sessions and career development workshops

    Profil

    •  De formation supérieure niveau Master ou équivalent spécialisée en Management ou en RH idéalement.

    •  Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle idéalement en Ressources Humaines en entreprise, dans les cabinets de recrutement et/ou dans l’enseignement supérieur.

    •     Une expérience dans les stratégies de recherche d’emplois ainsi que la pratique d’outils spécifiques au management des carrières seraient des atouts supplémentaires. 

    •     Vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.

    •     Vous avez un sens aigu de l’organisation et de planification, un esprit analytique et créatif.

    •     Vous êtes force de proposition et êtes soucieux du respect des engagements.

    •     Très bonne maitrise de l'anglais et du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

    •     Très bonne maîtrise du pack office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
