    Mission

    We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our Executive Education Division at our Paris Campus. You will target individual professionals and companies, playing a key role in expanding our programme reach and ensuring a smooth enrollment process for prospective participants.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Enrollment and Outreach:

    ●        Advise prospective candidates on the best educational options based on their career goals and professional development.

    ●        Conduct targeted prospecting activities, including follow-up calls, emails, and participation in webinars and events, sometimes internationally, to generate interest and drive applications.

    ●        Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.

    ●        Engage new corporate clients by understanding their educational needs and presenting tailored solutions from our Inter-Company Executive Education offerings.

    ●        Coordination of all the sales representatives based at the Paris Campus (who are reporting to Programme directors also in charge of delivery) working closely with the European Sales Director, demonstrating leadership to align with the overall strategy and equip them with all the necessary tools and training to achieve their objectives.

     

    Market Engagement and Development:

    ●        Support the go-to-market strategy by participating in promotional activities, including fairs, information sessions, and digital marketing campaigns.

    ●        Network with ESCP alumni and current participants, leveraging their success stories to attract new applicants.

    ●        Identify and pursue new outreach opportunities, including partnerships with companies, HR professionals, and industry associations to boost visibility and enrollment.

     

    Data Management and Reporting:

    ●        Regularly update the CRM tool with commercial data.

    ●       Analyze sales performance versus forecasts and provide insights to refine outreach strategies.

    ●        Prepare regular reports on activities and progress.

     

    Profil

    ●        Minimum of 5 years of successful B2C or consulting sales experience, preferably in Executive Education or the Services sector.

    ●        Proficiency in consultative sales processes: telephone prospecting, negotiation, customer intimacy, use of CRM, social media, and reporting tools.

    ●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

    ●        Results-driven mindset, consistently exceeding sales targets.

    ●        Adaptable, thriving under pressure in a dynamic, complex organization.

    ●        Willingness to travel, also internationally, for events and corporate engagements.

    ●        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5)

    ●        Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
