    Mission

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE CHINA (M/F)

    You want to be part of the team in charge of the company's international development and develop future growth drivers for turnover.

    Reporting to the Area Sales Manager Asia, your missions will be as follows:

    • Establish and develop partnerships with dealers to create a trial network

    • Collect and analyze data related to the trials about the variety selection and performance

    • Carry out ongoing competitive and strategic monitoring, in particular by studying pricing trends and customer expectations.

    • Be a driving force for proposals on adjustments to the offer and pricing strategy based on the insights collected

    • Establish and develop partnerships with high-tech producers with the area sales manager

    • Visit seed dealers to understand the feedback from field growers and work with them

    • Produce regular reports to consolidate and constantly update knowledge on market developments and pricing strategy

    • Working closely with your team in building a customer brand

    Profil

    ·         You are a college graduate majoring in agriculture

    ·         You have a first successful experience in the sale of vegetable seeds in an international environment. You have good general knowledge in agronomy and vegetable crops

    ·         You are comfortable in multi-cultural environments and you demonstrate great adaptability to your interlocutors.

    ·         You like to travel to prospect, discover new markets and gather feedbacks

    ·         You have a good understanding of customer profiles. You know how to negotiate but above all build long-term partnerships.

    ·         You’re outgoing and like to meet new people

    ·         You can speak english. French would be a plus.
