Missions

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Strategic Business Development Director and working closely with the Founder, you will implement and pilot Golden Mama’s strategic vision across two key areas:

  • Agency Communications, including the 10-Year Anniversary activation

  • Strategic Business Development support

This hands-on, high-impact role demands both creative storytelling and business acumen to drive the agency forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Competitive Intelligence (Cross-Functional)

  • Continuously monitor evolving market trends, cultural shifts, and the luxury landscape to inform and nourish both Communications and Business Development strategies.

  • Conduct thorough competitive and sector intelligence to anticipate changes and proactively adapt brand influence and business growth initiatives.

  • Stay abreast of emerging markets, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively suggest strategic pivots or opportunities.

Communications & Anniversary

  • Lead and coordinate the agency’s 10-year anniversary communications and storytelling, reflecting Golden Mama’s identity and values.

  • Develop and execute 360° communication initiatives that drive engagement, desirability, and notoriety of the agency, encouraging innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners including PR, media, influence, key opinion leaders (KOLs), talents, content creators, production partners, and the integrated design studio to execute communication rollouts.

  • Adapt and deploy the social media calendar aligned with the agency’s brand DNA, ensuring content relevance, format optimization, and KPI tracking.

  • Anticipate and adapt to social media evolutions such as content trends and algorithm changes.

  • Imagine and deploy events to create a high-end image for Golden Mama, developing an annual event calendar focused on awareness, visibility, and revenue generation.

  • Support the development and execution of digital activations and client-facing events aligned with business growth goals.

  • Manage and optimize communications budgets, monitor results, and provide performance analysis and strategic recommendations.

  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with premium external partners (luxury media, sector influencers, creative talents).

  • Structure partnerships and animate press relations (press kits, exclusive invitations).

  • Imagine and deploy influence and social media mechanisms aligned with brand strategy.

  • Analyze campaign outcomes and produce detailed reports with insights and next-step recommendations.

Strategic Business Development

  • In close collaboration with the Strategic Business Development Director and Founder, translate business development strategy into concrete, structured actions: market research, CRM tool pipeline tracking, and prospecting.

  • Contribute to identifying new business and partnership opportunities through sector intelligence and market monitoring.

  • Assist in shaping high-level strategic presentations and proposals.

  • Support the definition and execution of the commercial calendar, ensuring alignment with the agency’s overall business objectives.

  • Build and maintain a master business development calendar relevant across key markets: EMEA, USA, and Asia, coordinating timing and priorities globally.

  • Manage performance and growth from a business development perspective, ensuring content supports and assists the Director in lead generation and client/prospect presentations.

  • Ensure structured and consistent communication implementation supporting business development goals.

  • Identify and develop relationships to amplify business opportunities and visibility.

  • Track and Monitor business development budgets

  • Track and analyze key business development KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business development initiatives are effectively supported and fully aligned with the agency’s brand and values.

Profil

Profile We’re Looking For:

  • 4–7 years in communications, brand strategy, or business development within luxury, fashion, design, or culture.

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school or Sciences Po.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent writing skills in French and English.

  • Strong sense of aesthetics design culture.

  • Culturally savvy with an excellent sense of luxury codes.

  • Very good knowledge of social media platforms (formats, algorithms, etc.).

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and curious

  • Excellent organizational skills and rigor.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Hands-on and strategic thinker capable of managing complexity and delivering results.

  • Strong storytelling skills; comfortable managing multi-projects and multiple stakeholders.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.

What We Offer

Salary: €36K – €39K gross annually (depending on experience)

Contract: Forfait 39h/week

Remote work: 2 days/month
