Mission

This is a full-time role for a Sales and BD Manager.

It is located on-site in Richardson, Texas or remote in the US.

The Sales and BD Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities mainly linked to the 360 Panoramic Spynel Infrared cameras, developing and implementing business development strategies, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role will also involve, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The Sales and BD Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

 

You will :

  • Leverage your sales and account management skills to actively manage, develop, and guide customers, to achieve the desired revenue and product plans, acting with a sense of urgency.

  • Development a proficiency with the Spynel cameras to be able to conduct demos in front of the customers.

  • Provide direct feedback to internal stakeholders (such as Product teams) to help with the formulation of product and long-term needs. Support the development of unique selling propositions and deliver differentiated services.

  • Apply strategic thinking to tailor and execute revenue retention and growth strategies for your assigned customer base.

  • Using your flair for new business and solid experience. identify new opportunities and customers.

  • Become intimately familiar with the HGH products and services applicable to your customers.

  • Daily leverage of our CRM system to maintain an active and accurate pipeline.

  • Continually assess and develop your sales skills and service knowledge.

  

Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for bonus based on performance.

Profil

  • Proven experience, at least four years in sales and business development

  • Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and capturing business

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Excellent market research and analysis abilities

  • Experience in the defense or security industry (preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in  Engineering, Physics or technical field (preferred)

  • Understand all business development, capture, proposal, and program management competencies and practices

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Understand the solicitation process and selection criteria for US DOD.

  • Experience leading, coordinating, and contributing technical and cost volumes for large proposals

  • Outgoing, friendly, trustworthy, hard-working, and highest integrity

  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment

  • Must possess multi-tasking skills and excellent leadership and organizational abilities

  • Impeccable attention to detail and a sense of urgency

  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to deliver impactful, targeted presentations.

Ability to travel domestically up to 40%, minimal international travel
