Mission

As a key enabler of our digital transformation, the Scrum Master guides cross-functional teams in adopting Agile best practices to deliver high-value solutions. You'll serve as a catalyst for change, optimizing workflows while respecting our organizational culture.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with POs, RTEs, and stakeholders to align priorities and organize work.

  • Support project timelines and scope.

  • Empower teams to self-organize and deliver their product.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to PI Planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement in sprint execution and product delivery (build, run, support, quality).

  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.

  • Assist the PO with backlog refinement, roadmap communication, and backlog management.

  • Track KPIs and improve team performance.

  • Remove blockers and coach teams to resolve challenges.

  • Escalate issues/delays to RTE, PO, and Product Manager.

  • Ensure accurate estimations and realistic planning based on team capacity.

Profil

Technical Requirements:

 Bachelor's/master’s in computer science or related field

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) mandatory
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other Agile certification preferred

Project management certifications (e.g., Hermes, Prince2, PMI, IPMA) are a plus.
Proficiency in English (spoken/written) required; French understanding acceptable.

 

Experience:

  •  3-5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master

  • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps and ITIL frameworks

  • Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore model)

  • Knowledge of Data Management practices is a plus.
