Employee Referral System

The employee referral program is designed to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates from their network for positions within the organization. The program aims to support the recruitment process and make it more efficient.

To participate in the employee referral program, kindly fill out the form below. Please note that the referred candidates should first submit their application for a position of their interest through the official vacancy webpage.

The first, second and third staff who provide the highest number of successful referrals (i.e. the highest number of people referred that were hired by IMPACT and successfully completed the first three months of the contract) by the end of the year will receive 3, 2 and 1 additional paid leave days, respectively, as a reward for their significant contribution.

IMPACT is looking for candidates:

• whom you know personally and can vouch for their qualifications and character to the best of your knowledge

• who are interested in a currently available online position with IMPACT;

• who have already submitted their official application for a position of their choice;

• who have the skills and experience that meet IMPACT’s requirements;

• who are genuinely interested in working for IMPACT;

• who are aligned with IMPACT’s mission and values;

• who are available for the job if selected.
