    Mission

    As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Project Manager. Reporting to the Operations Director, your main tasks will be :

    • Assist customers in defining their requirements

    • Responding to calls for tender

    • Estimating the time and budget required

    • Drawing up specifications

    • Set up the organisation of the project team

    • Establish internal/external requirements and schedules

    • Assess the risks and challenges

    • Select subcontractors

    • Manage the project team; construction manager/project engineers/cost control/hse etc.

    • Manage project engineering: detailed design and construction engineering

    • Proactively manage workplace safety

    • Reporting to management and clients

    • Monitor financial planning/invoicing/ensure project profitability

    • Deliver the project on time and to the quality level expected by the customer

    Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Chef de Projets. Rattaché(e) au Directeur des opérations, vos principales missions seront :

    • Assister les clients dans la définition de leurs besoins 

    • Répondre aux appels d’offres 

    • Estimer le temps de travail et le budget nécessaires 

    • Élaborer le cahier des charges 

    • Mettre en place l’organisation de l’équipe projet 

    • Établir les besoins internes / externes et les plannings 

    • Évaluer les risques et les enjeux

    • Sélectionner les sous-traitants

    • Manager l’équipe projet ; Construction manager/project engineers/cost control/hse etc

    • Piloter le project engineering : detailed design et ingénierie de construction

    • Avoir une gestion proactive de la sécurité au travail

    • Assurer le reporting a la direction et client

    • Suivre le planning financier /facturation / assurer la rentabilité du projet

    • Livrer le projet a temps et au niveau de qualité attendu par le client

    Profil

    You have an engineering degree and 10 years' experience in managing maritime projects of the EPCI type.

    You are fluent in English, have good interpersonal skills, are responsive, dynamic and rigorous.

    Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur et avez une expérience de 10 ans dans la gestion de projets maritimes de type EPCI.

    Vous parlez anglais couramment, vous disposez d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes réactif, dynamique et vous êtes rigoureux.
