    Mission

    The IT Technician provides high-quality technical support, while helping employees to make the best possible use of the tools and technologies made available to them.

    • Handling incidents via a structured Service Desk.

    • Maintenance of user equipment (Windows/Mac).

    • Employee support: training on IT tools.

    • Follow-up and management of incident tickets.

    • Participation in the continuous improvement of IT processes.

    Work conditions :

    • Salary : 28-35k€

    • Start date : ASAP

    • Location : Jifmar headquarters, Aix-en-Provence. Travel required.

    Profil

    Postgraduate diploma in IT (support)

    Experience : 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.

    Skills : English B2 required, Systems: Windows, Mac OS, Android, ticketing tools, hardware and software support, user account management (Active Directory). Networks: WiFi troubleshooting, VPN.

    Qualities : Collaborative spirit and sense of service. Ability to train and support users.
