Mission
Reporting to the Agency Director, the position of Sale Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the agency’s activities.
Within the real estate agency, the assistant is responsible for the physical and telephone reception of clients, as well as all administrative follow-up for the agency. This highly versatile role within a commercial team, in constant contact with headquarters, is a cornerstone in the development of the business. Your main tasks will include:
Client Reception: Welcoming visitors, managing the schedules of negotiators, maintaining the agency, organizing supplies.
Sales Administration: Managing the sales directory, managing the properties in the portfolio within our business software, creating and monitoring sales files, drafting notary letters, managing plans.
Advertising: Updating the agency's display window, publishing properties in collaboration with headquarters.
Prospecting: Competitive monitoring of partner sites, preparing prospecting letters, maintaining a directory, and tracking field prospecting activities of negotiators.
Profil
The assistant must have a strong command of computer and office tools (both technically and qualitatively), as well as proficiency in oral and written communication, and commercial techniques.
The position requires a quick and varied adaptability to diverse tasks within the same day, a capacity for synthesis, teamwork, active listening, initiative, rigor, availability, autonomy, and a strong sense of client relations.
English is mandatory for this position.
Ideally, the candidate holds a diploma in real estate professions or in executive assistance.
