Mission

  • Responsible for ensuring the chalet interior is maintained in pristine condition, reflecting the highest luxury standards.

  • Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

  • Deliver seamless food and beverage service, ensuring attention to detail and flawless execution.

  • Maintain impeccable standards for laundry and ironing, ensuring all linens and guest garments are presented perfectly.

  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

  • Uphold the reputation of the chalet by consistently delivering excellence in every aspect of service.
    Ensure safe and timely transportation for guests to and from various destinations, maintaining the highest standards of driving and professionalism.

  • Assist guests with luggage and provide a comfortable, seamless travel experience while maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Profil

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work during the Christmas and New Year periods

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

  • Strong customer service focus and keen attention to detail

  • Available for a short-term contract in the Val de Bagnes region, Switzerland

  • Must hold a Swiss passport, an EU passport, or a valid visa to work in Switzerland
