    Mission

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our growing organization.

    You will play a key role in shaping our financial structure, ensuring compliance, and implementing efficient systems to support the company’s continued growth across Switzerland, Austria, and France. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and collaborating with various departments.

    Your role includes :

    Lead the accounting and finance function

    • Manage the financial reporting for Bramble Ski Group - to include weekly and monthly financial reporting

    • Preparation and oversight of annual financial statements for each group entity as well as any other statutory filings such as monthly/quarterly VAT returns, corporate tax, etc.

    • Responsibility of closing accounts correctly and in a timely manner

    • Manage the preparation of group consolidated accounts on an annual basis carried out by NOFIVAL, our Swiss accounting firm

    • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Resort Accounts etc.

    • Oversee the weekly Departures Meeting during Winter season, ensure all operational and financial aspects are fully closed out for each booking

    • Management of Owner Accounts ensuring team is highly engaged to deliver exceptional, timely service to the Chalet Owners

    • Control of management payroll

    • Training and development of finance team; ensuring the team has all adequate resources and is motivated to reach their objectives.

    • Prepare and have oversight on individual and group roadmaps

    • Harmonize and integrate financial operations across the various departments and resorts, e.g. Sales, Pre-Arrivals, Resort Managers, BSP’s etc.

    • Work closely with departments to help them plan and manage their budgets

    • Manage relationships with external parties e.g. banking, tax and in-country accountants and all other appropriate relationships

    • Work with IT and other parties to review current & potential new financial & operational systems and applications for the business

    • Manage all financial requests from the global headquarters

    Ensure compliance with financial processes, systems and policies

    • Create, set and implement any necessary company financial policies, internal controls & processes across all financial areas

    • Create awareness of Risk Management within senior management, working in collaboration with relevant persons to put an appropriate risk management system in place to mitigate identified risks

    • Constant process review & improvement to ensure efficient & smooth operations throughout the life-cycle of bookings and all financial activities

    • Provide financial advice and guidance to the company’s managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives

    • Integrate and promote good governance practices across the business

    • Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations

    • Ensure regulatory financial requirements are fulfilled across the business

    Profil

    We are looking for a Swiss-qualified accountant. The ideal candidate will have the following:

    • Experience: At least 5 years in accounting, including 2 years in a management role.

    • Education: Federal Accounting Diploma (Brevet Fédéral) or CFC, with significant professional experience.

    • Languages: Fluency in French and professional fluency in English

    • Skills:

      • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

      • A builder’s mindset, eager to streamline processes and adapt systems to the company’s growth.

      • A proactive, hands-on approach, with a keen ability to collaborate across departments.

      • Experience managing financial operations across multiple locations (Switzerland, Austria, and France a plus).

    • Location: Based in Lausanne, with frequent travel to Le Châble
