Mission
We are looking for a Driver and Logistics Assistant to join our team in a ski resort in France. This versatile position, both in the field and in customer service, involves actively contributing to the smooth running of our chalets.
Main Responsibilities
Driver
Client Transportation: Ensure transfers between chalets, ski slopes, train stations, and other requested locations.
Customer Service: Provide a warm and professional service during each trip.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check vehicle condition (cleaning, refueling, fluids, tire pressure, etc.).
Route Management: Plan routes according to weather and snow conditions, and adhere to the scheduled times.
Logistics Assistant (50%)
Material Transportation: Deliver and pick up equipment (ski gear, food products, linens, etc.) between chalets and logistics points.
Staff Assistance: Help transport staff as needed.
Stock Management: Assist in organizing and tidying storage areas.
Operational Support: Perform occasional tasks to ensure the smooth running of chalets (unexpected deliveries, logistical troubleshooting).
Profil
Skills and Qualifications
Valid category B driver’s license (mandatory). Experience driving in snowy conditions is a strong asset.
Previous experience as a driver, logistician, or similar position, preferably in a ski resort.
Good physical condition to handle light to moderate loads.
Soft Skills
Customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and dependability.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
Team spirit and helpfulness.
English proficiency (an asset for interacting with international clients).
