Position Overview

The Platform Team is a dedicated unit focused on supporting Meero’s verticals by leveraging both existing and newly developed Platform components.

Our team's objectives are as follows:

  1. Implementing new Platform features to align with the roadmaps of each vertical.

  2. Enhancing the reliability, stability, and processing speed of Platform components to optimize customer experience and bolster our competitiveness.

  3. Streamlining costs and refining existing production solutions to enhance overall business efficiency.

Two prominent Platform components maintained by the team include a media processing engine capable of hosting multiple workflows with configurable AI-based editing algorithms and a web application designed for post-producers to efficiently detect AI defects and assign media for manual retouching.

We are looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and optimization of our cutting-edge platform. As a technical cornerstone, you will provide exceptional support and expertise to both internal teams and external partners. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction of the Platform.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to internal development teams leveraging the platform, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.

  • Incident Management and troubleshooting: Efficiently handle incidents reported by internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

  • API Integration Support: Assist internal and external users with integrating Platform APIs, offering guidance and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation on various API/product technical behaviors, standardizing support processes and empowering users with self-service resources.

  • System Monitoring: Actively monitor system health, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to proactively prevent issues and ensure high availability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system improvements, contributing to backlog prioritization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and user experience.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.

Profil

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a solutions engineering or platform engineering role.

  • Good understanding of API integration and support.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure is a plus but not required.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
