    Mission

    Location: East USA, Full Remote

    As an SMB (small to medium-sized business) Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, within your designated territory.

    You will work closely with your assigned Account Executive (AE) to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing our market share in the SMB segment. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the SMB landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential SMB clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

    • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.

    • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively to meet those needs.

    • Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits tailored to their specific needs.

    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with your assigned AE to develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

    • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

    • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and product teams regarding market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and sales strategies.

    Profil

    Your Profile:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SMB segment. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

    • Skills:

      • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.

      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

      • Proven negotiation and closing skills.

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

      • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
