    Mission

    Position Overview

    Location: US

    CarCutter is our global #1 visual AI editing and optimisation solution for the automotive industry and is used by customers from all around the world.

    Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our passionate and motivated CarCutter team in Barcelona, Graz, Paris and the US! Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to onboard our customers, monitor their product usage and to ensure they're fully satisfied with the Carcutter products.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Leading the provisioning of the product purchased by the customers

    • Monitor usage of the customers in order to keep top notch customer satisfaction

    • Leading communication and technical support (e.g. API integration) for our key accounts to find technical solutions

    • Being Carcutter’s main POC for our strategic accounts on operational topics 

    • Being an internal customer ambassador helping our Product and Design Team tailor our product to best serve our customers’ needs. 

    • Run Quarterly Business Reviews with our key accounts in order to build and to nurture a trusting relationship with our strategic customers

    • Supporting the sales team with your technical & customer understanding to grow the business.

    Hard-Skill Requirements:

    • Solid customer facing experience

    • Experience in managing key accounts

    • Some experience in pre-sales, technical sales or as technical consultant

    • Good basic technical knowledge of contexts 

    • CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce)

    Soft-Skill Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking

    • Ability to empathize with customers and identify needs

    • Thorough way of working

    • Reliability

    • Time management and prioritization of tasks

    • Language : English at native level (additional language skills of advantage)


    Of advantage:

    • Completed technical education

    • Solid IT experience (SQL/Amazon S3/FTP concept)
