A propos du poste :

Au sein du Département Système d’Information, vous participez à la mise en œuvre du Système d’Information de Mercator Océan, en assurant la sécurité des moyens informatiques. Vous administrez les serveurs et postes client, collaborez avec les services métiers pour intégrer la sécurité au quotidien et dans les projets, effectuez des actes d’administration systèmes et réseau et répondez aux demandes utilisateurs.

Vous intervenez dans un monde d’expertise technique et scientifique, et côtoyez des profils professionnels différents dans un contexte multinational.

Le système d’information de Mercator Océan comporte :

• Les infrastructures et applications gérées par Météo France

• Les infrastructures du SI interne : postes de travail et data center

• Les infrastructures et applications sur le cloud (environnements Azure et Microsoft 365)

Dans ce contexte, vous serez plus particulièrement en charge de :

• coordonner et mettre en œuvre les actions garantissant la sécurité des systèmes d’information : vous monitorez les outils de surveillance, veillez au bon respect de la politique de sécurité du SI, garantissez la disponibilité du système et la protection des données, et intervenez si besoin. Vous menez des audits internes et réalisez la veille technologique permettant de mettre en œuvre des actions de remédiation. Vous collaborez étroitement avec le RSSI et toutes les équipes métier de Mercator Océan.

• administrer les serveurs et postes clients : vous installez, maintenez et faites évoluer les services, et mettez en place les moyens et procédures en garantissant la performance. Vous concevez et développez des outils logiciels, et analyser et proposez la mise en place de nouvelles architectures et services.

• contribuer à l’évolution des moyens de cybersécurité de l’entreprise : vous étudiez et proposez des solutions permettant d’améliorer ces moyens de cybersécurité et les mettez en œuvre.

• gérer et répondre aux demandes utilisateurs en tant que back-up : vous traiter les demandes (helpdesk) et apporter l’assistance utilisateurs nécessaires tant logicielle que matérielle.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe DSI, et notamment son Responsable systèmes, réseaux et support de proximité, et son Responsable de la sécurité des systèmes d’information.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme niveau BAC+5 en informatique. Un cursus cybersécurité serait apprécié.

Vous connaissez les méthodologies d’analyse de risque (ebios rm), maitrisez les systèmes d’exploitation Windows Server (2016 et +), Windows (11) et Linux. Vous avez des connaissance réseau et sécurité (Active Directory, Firewalls, EDR), virtualisation (VMware), M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) ; ainsi que des architectures techniques sur le cloud (Containers, APIs, Authentification Forte…).

Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans l’administration système et la sécurité informatique.

La pratique de l’anglais écrite et orale est un atout certain.

About the job:

As part of the Information Systems Department, you contribute to the implementation of Mercator Ocean’s Information System by ensuring the security of IT resources. You administer servers and client workstations, collaborate with business teams to integrate security into daily operations and projects, perform systems and network administration tasks, and respond to user requests.

You will operate in a highly technical and scientific environment, engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds in a multinational setting.

Mercator Ocean’s Information System includes:

• Infrastructure and applications managed by Météo France

• Internal IT infrastructure: workstations and data center

• Cloud infrastructure and applications (Azure and Microsoft 365 environments)

In this context, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring information system security: You monitor security tools, ensure compliance with the organization’s IT security policy, guarantee system availability and data protection, and intervene when needed. You conduct internal audits and maintain technology watch to implement remediation actions. You work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and all business teams at Mercator Ocean.

• Administering servers and client workstations: You install, maintain, and upgrade services, implement tools and procedures while ensuring optimal performance. You design and develop software tools, analyze current architectures, and propose new ones.

• Contributing to the evolution of the company’s cybersecurity tools: You assess, propose, and implement solutions to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.

• Managing and responding to user requests (as a backup): You handle helpdesk tickets and provide both hardware and software support to end users.

You will work closely with the IS Department team, particularly the IT Systems, Network, and On-Site Support Manager and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

• Operating systems: Windows Server (2016+), Windows (11), Linux

• Network and security: Active Directory, Firewalls, EDR

• Virtualization: VMware

• Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange

• Cloud technical architectures: Containers, APIs, Strong Authentication, etc.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in systems administration and IT security.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a strong asset.
