To support our Sales’ team, we are recruiting for Minasolve Americas Inc a:

 

 

Area Sales Manager (M/W) for North America (Personal Care)

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your main role is to organize the sales, promotion and activities in your area so that business plans can be fulfilled while maximizing our customer satisfaction.

As part of the sales team, you develop the commercial presence and promotion of Minasolve's portfolio on North American Market.

You manage and develop a portfolio of direct customers & distributor(s), mainly composed of buyers, experts in formulation, microbiology and marketing.

You participate in the growth of Minasolve by developing a commercial strategy with our business partners. You are responsible of our image, expertise and leadership with our customers.

 

You ensure the prospection and sale of bio-based ingredients (green glycols, natural alternative to preservatives, active ingredients, floral waters)

 

·        You have a culture and knowledge of the cosmetics industry in North America

·        You understand technical & marketing aspect of the products

·        You are mobile, like to move and meet your customers

·        You are able to organize and animate distributor seminars & webinars

·        You participate in cosmetic fairs on your area

·        You have knowledge of regulatory developments relating to the cosmetics industry

·        You carry out regular and detailed reporting on a regular basis to your management

Profil

·        Ability to work and coordinate with the team within the company in confidence and transparency so as to achieve the objectives set.

·        Ability to take care of your activity without having to be supervised on an ongoing basis.

·        Ability to plan, prioritize and anticipate actions taking into account the means, resources, objectives and timing to achieve them

·        Graduate of a master degree with a scientific background (chemistry, biochemistry or biology) and a specialization in cosmetics

·        3-5 years of sales experience in North American cosmetic industry (ingredients)

·        Entrepreneurial spirit

·        Customer and business oriented

·        Autonomous

·        Good interpersonal skills

·        Team spirit

·        Dynamic, positive attitude

·        Negotiation skills

·        Ready to travel nationally and internationally (minimum 50% of the time)

·        Driving license

·        Based in USA (home office), preferably in NJ
