Mission

Start Date – January 2025

Main Duties

Interns will be fully on boarded on ongoing live transactions and granted a significant degree of exposure and responsibility, contributing to day-to-day execution alongside the wider deal teams. Responsibilities will specifically include (amongst others):

Participation in investment analyses (due diligence, market studies, financial analyses and ESG aspects), financial modelling, deal discussions and negotiations

Participation in the drafting of memorandums for the Investment Committee

Presentation of investment opportunities to the Investment Committee

Contribution to the follow-up of the deal flow

Profil

Experience required

Prior experience in leveraged finance, transaction services, private equity, debt advisory or M&A at top tier boutiques or investment banks will be viewed favourably.

Skills required

-Strong and genuine interest in the private equity and private debt markets and willingness to follow a career path in this space in the medium term

-Knowledge and interest in ESG and responsible investment

-Solid equity and credit analysis skills

-Knowledge of corporate finance principles

-Proficiency in both English and French is required

-Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

Potential full-time contract at the end of the internship according to applicant profile.
