We’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager to take ownership of our event strategy and help drive brand visibility and engagement. From planning and executing standout events to managing the campaigns that surround them, you'll play a key role in connecting our brand with the right audiences. Mission
Main missions
Lead and scale our marketing event strategy (physical and digital): oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up of events, including trade shows, partner activations, webinars, and proprietary events.
Own project management of event-related campaigns: set timelines, coordinate across teams, and manage budgets and logistics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to align event goals with company objectives and OKRs.
Develop and execute integrated promotional campaigns around events (email, social media, paid, content), working with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze event impact using key performance indicators (attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI) and present post-event reports with actionable insights.
Stay on top of trends: conduct continuous benchmarking of competitor strategies, community events, and emerging channels.
Support content creation around events and promotional activities (landing pages, social posts, press releases, newsletters).
Profil
Technical skills
Solid experience with event planning and execution (virtual & in-person)
Proficient in CRM and email automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards
Working knowledge of SEO and content distribution strategies
Experience managing external vendors and negotiating contracts

Experience:
+3 years proven experience in Event management or a similar role.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
