Mission

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic team as we develop our cloud-based product. Your main duties will include:

  • Establishing and managing the necessary infrastructure, tools and processes to support our cloud platform, with a strong focus on ensuring top-notch reliability and security.

  • Enhancing and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

  • Leading and supervising the team, offering guidance and ensuring efficient task distribution to ensure delivery of new features and an effective support to internal and customer needs

  • Steering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and upholding code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.

  • Facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of learning and process enhancement.

Profil

About you

  • You have experience with the following technologies

    • Significant experience in a programming language, preferrably Go

    • You have experience with Kubernetes in production, know Kubernetes API in and out

    • You understand automation technologies and have experience in Terraform and one of Ansible, Puppet or Chef

  • You have a strong DevOps / DevSecOps experience, and are comfortable with cloud providers, preferrably AWS and GCP

  • You have significant experience in the operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and good understanding of the work responsibilities and processes

  • You are a technical leader, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation

  • You are autonomous, you can lead projects and are a team player.

  • Being Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist is a plus

  • Linguistic skills : Good in English both written and verbal, French is a plus

  • DevOps: GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Grafana, OpenTelemetry

  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

  • DevSecOps: HashiCorp Boundary, Vault, Keycloak, AWS WAF&Shield, Azure WAF, Cloud Armor, Cert-Manager

  • Coding & Scripts: Go, Python, Bash, Rust
