Mission

About the job : 

Located in the heart of Europe’s highest ski resort, the five-star Le Fitz Roy  & the four-star Le Val Thorens provide an exceptional ski-in, ski-out experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive B2B sales efforts focusing on the MICE, and private event segments.

  • Provide support to the Leisure B2B Sales team in organizing fam trips and hosting site visits

  • Proactively source new business from international markets, with a focus on event agencies, wedding planners, DMCs, and corporate clients.

  • Design tailored proposals and coordinate closely with on-site operational teams.

  • Represent Val Thorens Hotels at trade shows, roadshows, partner trainings, and sales calls.

  • Negotiate and manage MICE partnership agreements with relevant agencies and providers.

  • Contribute to Beaumier cross-property synergies.

  • Collaborate with revenue management to monitor MICE performance and optimize yield.

  • Work closely with marketing to activate targeted B2B campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

Profil

Your Profile :

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality B2B sales, ideally with a strong MICE focus

  • Extensive knowledge of the events, and corporate group market

  • Strong knowledge of French Alps Market

  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Willingness to travel regularly
