Internship and Job Placement Support :

  • Actively source and promote internship and employment opportunities to students.

  • Maintain and manage an up-to-date internship/job portal for students.

Career Coaching & Student Support :

  • Provide individualized and group-based career advising, including resume and cover letter reviews, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

  • Guide students in navigating U.S. work authorization pathways (e.g., OPT, CPT) and help them understand employer expectations.

  • Design & deliver career development workshops/resources tailored to SKEMA students.

Employer & Academic Integration

  • Work closely with SKEMA faculty and academic leadership to align career services with curriculum, integrating employer insights into the student experience.

  • Coordinate employer involvement in classroom projects, speaker series, case competitions, and industry panels.

Collaboration with NC State University

  • Act as a liaison with NC State’s Employer Relations and Career Development teams to expand SKEMA students’ access to shared services and programming.

  • Ensure integration into NC State’s career fairs, networking events, and employer visits.
