Your impact :
Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Central and East Europe region.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region.
Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and insightful reports.
Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of Moteurs Baudouin's products.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
Profil
Your assets:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the industrial engine or generator sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, backed by a solid understanding of market dynamics.
Team player and collaborative approach.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 40-50%)
