Missions
Reporting to the Global Quality Director, the Head of Product Integrity is the end‑to‑end guardian of product performance and customer protection across all SWM sites. The role ensures that every product delivered meets specification, regulatory expectations, and customer commitments, while driving fast, disciplined root‑cause elimination and supplier robustness. He acts as the global escalation point for major customer quality crises, key advisor to the Global Quality Director on risk exposure and priority actions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Quality & Complaint Management
Own global complaint processes, containment actions, and customer communication standards.
Ensure timely, transparent, and professional communication with global key accounts on quality assurance and quality control matters
Reduce severity, occurrence, and recurrence of customer‑visible failures.
Ensure timeliness, responsiveness and effectiveness of corrective actions
Non‑Conformity & RCCA Leadership
Own global NC/8D execution model and SLA adherence (containment <24h; RC <10 days; closure <45 days).
Lead cross‑functional investigations across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales.
Validate effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions as guardian of product risk.
Supplier Quality & Incoming Control
Own supplier qualification procedure, Definition of supplier criticality to process, incoming inspection standardization depending on supplier criticality to process, and supplier audits.
Build supplier development programs to reduce incoming defects and variability.
Drive escalation process for supplier non‑performance.
Specification & Technical Integrity
Partner with Innovation/Engineering to define, maintain, and deploy CTQs, product specifications, and capability expectations.
Take ownership of MOC process to ensure proper validation of changes affecting product performance (material, process, equipment).
Operational Quality Performance
Maintain full visibility on plant quality KPIs (internal PPM, capability indices, scrap and deviation trends).
Support sites with problem‑solving routines, QRQC/MDI coaching, and risk‑based controls.
Global Team Leadership & Execution
Lead and develop a global Product Integrity team composed of:
Global Supplier Quality Engineer,
Global Metrology Expert,
Site Quality Managers.
Set clear priorities, responsibilities, and escalation rules across the team.
Ensure consistent execution of customer, supplier, and plant quality processes worldwide.
Develop technical leaders into strong problem solvers and decision makers.
Profil
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Leadership & Behavioral Skills

Technical Skills
Expert in 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, variability sources.
Experience with PPAP, incoming quality methods.
Experience
12+ years in Quality or Operations roles with strong exposure to customer quality and supplier development.
Demonstrated success in reducing PPM, complaint rates, and credit notes.
Multisite, international exposure preferred.
