    For our predominantly international clients, we design and manufacture flexible packaging bags and connectors intended for the packaging of injectable products.

    Mission

    Job Purpose :

    As a Sales Manager reporting to the Commercial Director, you will promote our Pharma product lines with the support of our internal teams (R&D, Technical, Supply Chain, and Quality). Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding our client base in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa), securing business with existing customers, driving new business growth, and achieving revenue and sales margin targets. Building long-term relationships with your customer portfolio will be key to your success.

     

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Business development : Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned EMEA territory ;

    • Account Management: Manage EMEA existing customer accounts to secure sales and achieve the business plan ;

    • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Technoflex’ project managers to follow up on customers’ and prospects’ projects ;

    • Market Analysis: Conduct strategic analysis of market opportunities ;

    • Exhibition Participation: Represent Technoflex at trade shows alongside the Sales and Marketing team to promote products and acquire new projects ;

    • Contract Negotiation: Secure contracts with key accounts in your area ;

    • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Commercial Director.

    Profil

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: Master’s degree from a business school.

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the packaging and/or pharmaceutical market segment.

    • Language: Fluent in English.
