Missions

Your Mission

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive growth and customer acquisition:

  • Develop and execute multichannel growth marketing strategies (email, social, SEA, content, partnerships, etc.)

  • Design and manage conversion and acquisition campaigns to generate qualified leads

  • Plan, organize, and run webinars to educate prospects and create business opportunities

  • Grow brand awareness on B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and optionally YouTube)

  • Analyze performance, optimize funnels, and run A/B tests to maximize ROI

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing and commercial efforts

Profil

Who You Are

  • >3 years of experience in digital marketing / growth marketing, ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong expertise in B2B social media marketing to generate leads and increase visibility

  • Experienced in creating and managing webinars or digital events

  • Proficient with marketing tools: CRM, automation, analytics, SEO/SEA, email marketing

  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to turn insights into actionable campaigns

  • Creative, curious, autonomous, and entrepreneurial

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working fully in English

  • Comfortable testing new ideas and challenging the status quo
