Missions
Watt&Well is seeking a self-driven, structured, and commercially strong Sales / Business Development profile for our Oslo office. In this role, you will support continued growth in the Nordic region by working closely with the Country Manager and our technical team. You will have a strong impact in a fast-growing market spanning energy storage, e-mobility, oil & gas, defense, and space. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify new customers and projects across the Nordic region
Drive sales processes from first contact to contract closure
Visit customers and participate in meetings, demos, trade fairs, and technical reviews
Work closely with the sales teams in Norway and France
Collaborate closely with the FAE team in Norway and engineering teams in France
Follow up on pipeline, quotations, order processing, reporting, and documentation
Profil
You have solid experience in B2B sales and business development within technical or industrial solutions.
Experience in e-mobility, energy, BESS, or oil & gas is a strong advantage.
You are fluent in Norwegian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
You are a structured and reliable professional with strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
You are willing to travel across the Nordics and Europe to meet customers.
You are self-driven, proactive, and business-oriented, with strong analytical skills and execution capability.
You also demonstrate a genuine interest in technology and curiosity for innovative solutions.
