Founded in 2012 by Pâris Mouratoglou and David Corchia, Total Eren develops, finances, builds and operates renewable energy power plants (solar, wind, hydro) representing a gross capacity of more than 3,300 MW in operation or under construction worldwide. Through partnerships with local developers, Total Eren is currently developing numerous energy projects in countries and regions where renewable energy represents an economically viable response to growing energy demand such as in Europe, in Central and South Asia, in Asia Pacific, in Latin America and in Africa. The objective is to achieve a global gross installed capacity of more than 5 GW by 2022. Since December 2017, Total S.A., the major energy company, has been participating as a shareholder of Total Eren.  

Missions

The Senior Asset Manager (Renewables) will be responsible for the Asset Management of all Total Eren projects in the APAC region (excl. India and Australia), starting with the Tarlac Project to be followed by the Zambales Project and other pipeline project when completed/acquired. The Senior Asset Manager will be working closely with local asset management resources (or contractors) as well as local partners and O&M contractors :

- Operating Plan: supporting the external Asset Management Contractor in reviewing, challenging, improving the O&M contractor’s operating plan;

- Operating Reports: Challenging content, coordinating Q&As, presenting to management monthly and annual operating reports;

- Auditing of O&M Contractor activities, regular site visit working alongside Total Eren Asset Management Engineer and Asset Management Contractor to audit O&M contractor(s) activities and performance;

- Performance monitoring/improvement: Monitoring performance of the plant through SCADA system and recommend activities to optimise and improve energy performance and availability (in coordination with other Total Eren teams);

- Corrective Maintenance: Oversight, witnessing, approval (where applicable) of corrective maintenance activities;

- Root Cause Analysis (“RCA”): Facilitating, reviewing and interrogating RCA as provided by the O&M Contractor, EPC Contractor and/or equipment suppliers for any potential underperformance or non-compliances;

- Insurance & Warranty: Monitoring insurance policies and facilitating timely and successful claims (warranty and insurance) including assisting with documentation and collection of evidence;

- Punch List: Actively managing construction contract punch lists to resolution;

- Permitting, licenses: Tracking relevant project permits, licenses renewals and approvals as required;

- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Reviewing and ensuring compliance with HSE management plans and HSE corrective action register prepared by Asset Management Contractor .

Profil

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in renewables projects asset management role

- Relevant engineering, science or related degree from a reputable university

- Relevant experience in contract managements and dispute management

- Strong command of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project

- Methodological, process and detail oriented

- Team player but with confidence to work on his/her own on a wide range of tasks and lead to get results 

- Ability to travel to different project sites across South East Asia

- Able to work independently and under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
