The Project Manager SC Transformation EMEA is responsible to lead complex inter-departmental European projects which results in process and cost optimization, standardization and therefore growing customer satisfaction and competitive advantages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Able to manage multi-intercultural teams in a project structure

·       Manage & act as the interface manager for the projects from end to end including all relevant parties (e. g. external customer, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Supplier, Regulatory)

·       Define and detail the (IT) solution in partnering with the IT project management

·       Create a 3PL Model that is scalable for Henry Schein

·       Ensure monthly reporting on defined metrics to senior management

·       Ensure all deliverables are met and are on time and on budget

·       Lead and be the trainer for the new solution

·       Provide an overview and create awareness within the organization for Supply Chain relevant details on the Supply Chain Regulation Law (Europe)

·       Be the driver for needed implementation with all involved parties

·       Make sure that the strategy of the implementation is understood and usable for the team

·       Ensure deadlines are met and teams are accountable

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent required

·       You will have typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience especially in Supply Chain

·       PC literacy with spreadsheet software

·       Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in French or German

·       Knowledge of SAP R3 / Hana is a plus

·       Great communication skills, innovative and cheerful

·       You have first experience in project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget

·       Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, thereby cultivating and developing lasting internal and external customer relations
