Your Mission
The Marketing Department is in charge of development and branding of our products. In a international context, the team is also responsible to define the media strategy and the Group communication.
In a growth context, HiPay hire a Lead Generation and Direct Marketing Manager.

Lead Generation
  • Manage and develop our sales prospect database in our CRM;
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy of this database;
  • Elaborate strategies to drive more leads and plan marketing campaigns;
  • Drive lead generation campaigns to identify new opportunities and leads to support sales efforts;
  • Optimize conversion rate;
  • Pilot the nurturing lead : segment, campaign management, script behavioral actions, conduct statistical /results analysis;
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue.

Direct Marketing
  • Build a solid and efficient communication process towards our customers & partners;
  • Develop content and marketing tools to regularly inform our customers & partners;
  • Analyse data with which to base campaigns on;
  • Report campaign KPI’s and overall return on investment;
  • Prepare and implement schedules for all direct marketing campaigns.

This job is yours if you have...
  • More than 3 years experience managing marketing campaigns for B2B with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role / direct marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing methods, specifically lead generation, Martech tools (such as Hubspot)
  • Ability to manage leads, funnels, nurture strategies, drip marketing, digital and ABM campaigns
  • Accomplished at creating and executing effective results-based email campaigns
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing methods and best practices
  • Experience using email marketing software with automation, advanced segmentation, and various campaign strategies
  • Passion about Full Funnel Marketing and optimizing the prospects' experience across all channels and mediums
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ablility to manage time and meet deadlines 
  • A way to work with detail-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed
  • A good mix of creative and analytical thinking
  • Skills in project management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A knack for problem-solving
  • A team spirit (very important)
  • A sense of humor (very VERY important!)
