Missions

YOUR (FUTURE?) JOB 


This position is based in Milan and reports to the General Manager of Hipay Italy. The Account

manager will be linked to the Commercial Direction and will work on players from the world of

 e-commerce.

Your main missions will be: 

  • Management and development of the current portfolio

  • Optimization of current customers relations

  • Management of analysis to carry out Business Reviews with merchant

  • Identification of up-selling opportunities

  • Management of all customers issues

Profil

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF...  

  • You have experience in account management and are interested in e-commerce or payment industry

  • You have excellent problem solving, presentation, analytics and communication skills

  • You are self-reliant, adaptable, result and customer focused

  • You are a good team player

  • You are known for your high energy & passion for the digital industry

  • You have knowledges or interest of the fintech world

  • You are able to take initiatives and be proactive 

  • Flexible, informal and professional : it’s you !

  • You feel comfortable by using informatic tools like Office Pack or Google tools


RECRUITMENT PROCESS 

  1. First interview with a Key Account Manager and the People & Office Manager

  2. Second interview with a Talent Manager based in our  French Office

  3. Last interview with the General Manager of Hipay Italy and/or the General Manager of HiPay Portugal


LOCALISATION

Our office is in Milan.
