Mission

To support our business growth in Western part of India, we are looking for a Sales Engineer who can provide technical service support to our customers in the region.

Reporting to: National Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Your Duties Include:

·         Acquire an excellent understanding of our products and its applications.

·         Build visibility, develop the markets, improve network, and sell products in the assigned region with minimal supervision.

·         Take ownership of end-to-end sales process, from generating sales cases and understanding customer application and budget, to final PO, coordinating delivery, installation, and payment completion.

·         Follow through for tenders, timely update on tender publication, provide technical compliance documents and price bid, coordination with internal team for tender submission before deadline, discussion for post-tender negotiation and documents and communicate to get final order.

·         Use CRM platform to maintain customer/prospect database with contact details and field of application and regularly update activity details.

·         Regular sales update meetings with your manager to update on sales cases and sales forecast in CRM.

·         Engage with stakeholders both internally and externally and work in sync with the BioLogic team.

·         Achieve order booking & sales target, maintain discipline in reporting to the management.

·         Build strong client relationships including through digital platforms as required.

·         Engage with sales coordination team for creating quotations as per customer requirements and budgets, with contact details and terms like payment and delivery.

·         Perform instrument installations, service activities and preventive maintenance in your region as required with assistance from our customer support team.

·         Manage communications with customers to ensure issue resolution to assure customer satisfaction.

·         Stay current with trends and competitors to identify and recommend improvement in products.

Profil

Requirements:

·         Experience: 5+ years in Institutional sales and service, Industries, R&D Centres

·         Education: B.E / B.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics; MSc. Chemistry, Physics, Electronics.

·         Language: Fluency in English, Hindi

·         Travel required – up to 75%

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·         Ability to learn and pick-up troubleshooting skills quickly and can handle service issues independently.

 

Preferred:

·         Experience in the field of analytical instruments is preferred.

·         Knowledge of Electrochemistry, Battery Testing, will be an advantage.

·         Basic knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Power Point, Excel

·         Troubleshooting and tracking instrument issues.

·         Problem solving & analytical mindset.

·         Ability to build relationships and handle complex situations.

·         Proactive and has an eye for details.
