Missions
The Legal team is a prominent partner of success at HiPay. It is closely working with all teams on a variety of topics ranging from Commercial, Corporate, Finance law to GDPR and Legal Ops missions.
We are looking for a fast-learning lawyer with a doer mindset. This position allows for a big potential for growth and autonomy. If you are looking for challenges, look no more!
In this role, you will report to our Head of Legal Nastassia
YOUR MISSIONS
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (CGV, partnerships, etc.)
Maintain and update a template library (NDA, commercial contracts, legal documentation, etc.)
Assist the teams on legal aspects when answering RFI/RFPs
Handle corporate topics for all entities (shareholders meetings, approval of the accounts, etc.)
Handle pre-litigation and litigation on all aspects but labour law
Handle the trademarks and domain names portfolio of HiPay
Profil
YOU'RE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF...
You have at least 2 years of experience (in addition to your internships) in a similar role
You are willing to learn and grow
You have strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset
You are business oriented and organised
You are fluent in English
Expertise in finance and banking law is a big plus
