About the job: 

Located in the heart of Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe, our two  hotels — one 5-star luxury property and one elegant 4-star establishment — offer distinct and memorable experiences for a discerning international clientele.

To elevate and harmonize our food & beverage operations across both hotels, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Senior Manager who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about hospitality, gastronomy, and team leadership.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across both properties, including multiple restaurants, bars, and breakfast services.

  • Lead and coordinate all F&B departments across the two hotels

  • Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chefs, F&B Assistant(s), Chefs, Bar/Restaurant managers and operational teams

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and manage seasonal F&B staff (approx. 80 team members during peak season)

  • Monitor quality, profitability, hygiene standards, and compliance

  • Implement innovative dining concepts in line with each hotel’s brand identity

Manage budgets (costing, pricing, F&B gross margin, payroll), cost control, supplier relationships, and stock inventories

Profil

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar position in luxury hotels or resorts

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (both required)

  • High standards of guest service and attention to detail

  • Passion for culinary excellence, wine, and hospitality

  • Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal, fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Alpine hospitality is a plus
