TIL GmbH :

TIL GmbH is the German subsidiary of the French company TIL TECHNOLOGIES. TIL TECHNOLOGIES is part of the international VITAPROTECH Group comprising of 14 manufacturers that specialize in intrusion detection, access control and building management systems as well as intelligent video solutions that are destined for critical infrastructure (KRITIS). TIL TECHNOLOGIES designs, manufactures and markets hardware and software for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and building management. Its solutions are used by a large number of international customers.

Missions

As part of the international business development of the company, you will participate in the establishment of TIL GmbH in Germany, responsible for the North Germany region, under the responsibility of the Sales Director.

Your tasks will include the following responsibilities :

  • Responsible for turnover and margin with customer portfolio

  • Ensure sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and developing potential new ones

  • Support technically and commercially our integrator partners

  • Identify, review and convert influencers to our projects (Architects, Enginners and Consultants, end customers)

  • Make active use of specific sales IT tools (CRM, etc.)

  • Regularly follow-up on status of projects with customer and initiate common activities to ensure projects acquisition

  • Conduct regular customer visits and establish close relationships

  • Negotiate terms and conditions within authorization scheme

  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries)

  • Provide feedback on product requirements

The position will be based in Rüsselsheim and your sales activity will be carried out in North Germany. Regular business travels with hotel accommodation are expected.

Profil

  • Completed Business/Sales orientated diploma.  

  • 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in the security market activity.

  • “Hunter” profile with experience in both customer prospection & end-user prescription.  

  • Technical understanding of access control technologies

  • Fluent German

  • Excellent level of both spoken and written English.

  • The ability to speak French would be a “nice to have”, but is not obligatory.  

  • Experience in using an ERP system and MS Office applications.

  • Professional appearance.

  • Confident, persuasive, attention to detail, solution-finding and independent.  

  • Customer and results focused.
